All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping within the U.S. is based on the weight and size of the package.
Feed Shack Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Our shop is closed on Mondays and we DO NOT ship packages out on that day.
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order for shipping unless otherwise noted.
Emails will be sent with a tracking number when the item has been shipped. Please refer to the email and tracking number for any details about the delivery of your package.
Feed Shack Boutique is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address was listed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.

Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.
