Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled.
Only one discount code is allowed for each order.

Return/Exchanges:
Thank you for shopping at Feed Shack Boutique! We strive to give our customers a great shopping experience. We do understand that sometimes there is a need to exchange items.
Our policy is as follows:
For all regular priced items >> we ONLY issue a store credit or exchange for another size or item. No cash or card refunds will be issued. Customers who return merchandise will receive a store credit via email to redeem on our website. All returns must be made with in 10 days of you receiving the item. Any item being returned must have the original tags still attached and no sign of wear or washing. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted for a return. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do encourage you to use tracking and insurance because we are not responsible for lost items through the postal system. Refunds will not include any original shipping costs. If we receive your item and it is not acceptable, you will be charged a fee to ship it back to you. To exchange an item for a different size, if available, or a different item, there will be another shipping charge. We cannot guarantee the item will be in stock as our inventory has limited quantity and is constantly changing. When making a return please include a note {written or email} as to why you are returning the item.

Sale items and any accessories including jewelry, hats, headbands, and sunglasses are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us immediately {within 3 days} to let us know the issue. If we do not hear from you in that time frame then the item is not eligible for a return or replacement. Please send us an email with a picture of the defected item to holly@feedshackboutique.com.
Note that some colors of merchandise may vary due to lighting, computer or phone resolution, and photography lenses.
